Paladin

The Paladin channels divine power through a sworn oath, mixing heavy armor with smites and protective auras. A frontline holy warrior for players who want to hit hard and keep their allies standing.

Starting equipmentBronze mail (partial set — chest, legs, belt, feet)

Playstyle

The Paladin fights in melee like the Warrior, but draws power from an oath instead of raw physical training. Its base stats sit between Warrior and Cleric: solid health for holding the front line, with enough energy to fuel smites and auras once the class's dedicated tools come online. Expect an armored, holy-warrior feel — durable, but built around faith as much as steel.

Current Status

The Paladin is fully playable today: it's selectable at character creation, has its own stats and starting kit, and fights with a starter sword. Its dedicated skill tree — smites, auras, and other oath-bound abilities — is still empty and in active development. For now, the starting outfit also reuses a partial version of the Warrior's bronze mail (chest, legs, belt and feet only), giving the class an armored but not fully-equipped look until its own gear is added.

Tips

  • Play the Paladin like a Warrior for now — melee positioning and sustained trades are your bread and butter until the oath-based kit ships.
  • Keep an eye on future updates: smites and auras are the class's whole identity, and they're coming.
  • The partial bronze mail set means less protection than a full Warrior loadout — don't expect Warrior-tier tankiness just yet.
