Multiclassing
Once a character is experienced enough, Xindeler lets you branch into a second class without giving up the first — a D&D-style multiclass system.
How It Works
- Level requirement: your character needs to reach level 20 in their primary class before a second class becomes available.
- Maximum two classes. You cannot pick up a third.
- You keep progress in both. Levels earned afterward are split between your two classes rather than lost — nothing from your primary class is reset when you take on the second.
- Full access to both kits. A multiclassed character can draw on the ability pool and equipment options of both classes, not just the primary one.
Choosing a Second Class
Any playable class can be picked as a second class, as long as it's different from your first. There's no forced pairing — a Warrior can pick up Cleric for some self-sufficiency, a Mage can pick up Rogue for mobility, or you can lean into a stranger combination entirely.
Why Multiclass
Multiclassing is for players who've already found their footing with one class and want to shape a more personal build instead of following a single class straight to the level cap. It's optional — sticking with one class the whole way is just as viable.
Tips
- Multiclassing is a level 20+ decision, not a character-creation one — pick your primary class first, and treat the second as a build refinement once you know how your character plays.
- Because both classes keep advancing afterward, there's no rush to multiclass the moment you hit level 20 — it's available whenever the build calls for it.
